At Superasiastore, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, instruction manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of our warehouse receiving the goods.
